Please read these terms carefully before using WanderLust. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

WanderLust acts as an intermediary between you (the Guest) and the property (the Hotel). When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the Hotel. We transmit your details to the Hotel and send you a confirmation email.

Note: We do not own, manage, or operate the hotels listed on our platform. If the AC is broken, please yell at the hotel manager, not us. 😂

2. Bookings & Payments

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
Payment is required to confirm your booking.
Prices displayed include all taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by hotel. If you cancel a "Non-Refundable" booking, you will not receive a refund. (Sorry, that money is gone 💸).

4. Limitation of Liability

WanderLust is not liable for issues related to the hotel stay itself (e.g., room quality, amenities, safety). Any complaints regarding the stay must be resolved directly with the hotel management.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
Make false or speculative reservations.
Copy or scrape content from our website without permission.
